The following comment was posted on the YouTube Video that I had posted with Lauren Kruska attempting to institute a fight so that she could claim against the store.
Slight correction to my previous statement due to autocorrect. I knew Nicholas his whole life. Sadly, he will never get to see his children grow up. He will miss every day of their growing, and learning. He will never get the opportunity to teach his son to hunt or fish. He will never get to walk his daughter down the aisle. Most importantly he will never be able to pass his morals and values on to his kids. Unfortunately, they are being brought up by people who care more about themselves. To me and to many others it is clearly proven by this one video. She chose to bring the child into the situation. She did it as a shield hoping that by confronting the clerk, the clerk would come at her. Then she could say she attacked us. From day 1 I knew there was more to the story. I and others would have never known the real story without the book Unjust, and the continued facts from the new book. I would have always just had suspicions, especially after the first story was told, at Nicholas’ grave, the day we laid him to rest. Someone said something that didn’t align with the original story. As I have said before. To maintain a lie, another lie occurs. Now you have to remember who knows which lie. There is a massive web of lies in Oklahoma. Includes multiple entities. I hope everyone who has received houses, land, businesses…whatever ill-gotten gains, gets to live a long miserable life, caused by the silence of their voices. To others who hope that if they ignore the truth because it doesn’t directly involve them, be ready it will. At that time, it will be too late. Be prepared to live in the muck you have agreed to.
In reviewing the above statement there is a very clear attachment to the chapter of “Who Killed Nicholas Davis” in my latest release, The Dividing of America II, The Fissure Deepens. In a period of only a few weeks, the woman who was living with Nicholas found that he had taken out a large life insurance policy and then, he was dead. Not knowing that she was NOT the beneficiary, her and her part time lover, President of the BancFirst in Hobart, Oklahoma Tommy Talley led him to his demise. Her statement at the hospital the night Nicholas died pretty much tells all, “We took ecstasy!” Interestingly enough, none was found in the autopsy, only Fentanyl. Along with all that she did and proclaimed on the video she was able to get Nicholas’ mother removed from being his personal representative for his estate. Then leased out his home to a known drug dealer and hijacked his life insurance. From there the door was open for her to take all, courtesy of Tom Talley, the questionable Assistant District Attorney, then to even sell his home all before the ink had dried.
