A district Judge in Garfield County falsely claims his pistol was stolen. The same caliber gun, shot bullets through the Judge’s, brother-in-law’s house. Later when arrested on felony charges in Austin, Texas, that exact firearm is in his possession. He has agreed to not sit on any cases until his legal issues are resolved.
